Ferris State University Commits to Enhanced Prospect Communication and More Robust Recruitment and Retention Efforts with Record Contract

University Licenses Mix of products and services including new EMAS Retention and Response Pro

La Jolla, CA - April 9, 2009 - Ferris State University is focused on recruiting students to retain them through a partnership with Education Systems, Inc., provider of the original higher education Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software EMAS Pro.

Ferris State will begin implementation of a broad range of EMAS Pro software and services including: EMAS Recruitment Pro, Online Pro, Campaign Pro and the newly introduced Retention and Response Pro. These products streamline Ferris State's recruitment process and improve retention rates through more effective communication with prospective students and early intervention with "at-risk" enrolled students.

"Recruitment Pro provides Ferris State with EMAS' proven database and relationship management system," said Andrew Nassir, President, Education Systems. "Functionality includes the 360° tracking of student, relative and influencer contact information, the ability to automatically generate communication plans, including mailings, emails and telecounseling."

Online Pro allows Ferris State to create a dynamic and personalized point of contact for prospective students and manage online applications, blogs, chats and events. EMAS Campaign Pro allows Ferris State to communicate with prospective and enrolled students through dynamic email campaigns that are tracked for click-through and opt-outs.

Ferris State will utilize Retention Pro, a new product offering from EMAS Pro, to identify "at risk" students to improve retention rates through customized communication plans. The recently introduced intelligent response and dynamic FAQ system, Response Pro, enables Ferris State to instantly communicate with prospective students and realize enrollment staff efficiency.
