Job Opportunity: Financial Specialist and Administration Manager

Basic Functions & Responsibilities Summarized

  • Plan, account, and track financial reports and models for the success of ES services and operations
  • Responsible for operational financial management including budgeting, accounting, banking, and revenue and expenditure management
  • Coordinate and provide leadership and guidance to ES Administrative Assistant and Contract Accountant
  • Produce Financial Statements and projections for the ES Board quarterly reports & semi-annualmeetings
  • Help President maintain ES bank relationships and provided Bank required financial reports / forecasts
  • Cash Management, including preparation of projected Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Create financial business models for new business opportunities and planning forecasts
  • Perform proposal pricing as requested by ES Sales/Marketing
  • Draft new contract agreements for President's review and approval
  • Manage the staff funded "ESI Success Fund" and other loan repayments
  • Advise Customer Assistance/Relations on status of client's payments and accounts
  • Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs
  • Administer and manage the compensation and employee benefits including researching and analyzing health and commercial insurance
  • Other roles and responsibilities as may be self-initiated and approved or assigned

  • Proficient in finance, accounting, QuickBooks, & Excel

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Preferred

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial aptitude
  • Software industry finance and business development experience
  • Awareness of higher education software and services industry
  • Chart of accounts - transaction classification - reporting / budgeting
