  • This consultative process typically begins with ongoing collaborative meetings, data readiness processes, data exchanges
  • System readiness is facilitated with ongoing meetings and training sessions with your System Administrators
  • Once the system is ready and as your operational needs dictate, we train the rest of your users.
  • Throughout the implementation process we focus on training you how to use  our robust Enrollment Management Action System (EMAS) to take your best next steps each and every day – strategically and practically.

Ongoing Training and Support

Ongoing Professional Training, Education and Support

The comprehensive implementation process is just the beginning of our investment in your success. Once you get started with EMAS, so starts your ongoing support and training from our EMAS Pro award winning support professionals.

  • Our support team is available to you from 7 am – 4 pm (Pacific) during the work week to answer your questions and troubleshoot any issues you might have. These support sessions can happen by email, by (800) phone and by virtual web-meetings. EMASU, our online knowledge base and learning center is available to clients 24/7 and has user guides, videos, job aides and more available to help guide you.
  • To help individuals and institutions stay at the top of their game, our client education team facilitates group as well as individually targeted training. These training sessions can be hosted onsite (at your school), on the web via web meeting and in combination – all catered to your individual and institutional preferences and requirements.
  • To help all clients with their commitment to ongoing training and professional development with EMAS, we have EMASU, our 24/7 Learning Center, free and timely hands-on SEMinars, thought leadership, an annual conference and open discussion forums where clients help other clients.
